Multipath type selection (Linux only)

when properly configured on appropiate kernel version (>= 2.6.12) multipath type choice is possible (rr/drr/random/wrandom),
use 'show multipath' within zebra daemon to see what's configured,
WARNING: it is not advised to use multipath with kernels < 2.6.16 due to kernel panics,
applies cleanly against ~20061004 and maybe others cvs versions,
for patch author please check changelog,
